We are turning 3 years young
 We
take this opportunity to congratulate all Voluntary
Blood Donors and thank everyone who reposed faith
in the Vision of Friends2support.org (F2S) and extended
his/her endless support.
Our thanks goes out to all organisations, that embraced
our cause from the very beginning and played a crucial
role in bringing awareness on this service amongst
the needy masses.
On 14th November, 2008, F2S movement will complete
3 years. During these initial years 50,000 people
voluntarily registered as blood donors with the
website and about 20,000 of them donated blood during
emergencies either once or more times as soon as
a request came from those browsing this website.
Let us all come together and work towards bringing
more smiles each day.
Event:
We are organising an Online Event coinciding with
the 3rd anniversary, to help us reach out to more
number of needy people in India through this website.
We welcome your opinion/ideas in furthering this
cause of `Voluntary Blood Donation' in the form
of an essay or article on "Your understanding
of FriendsToSupport motto and Your Vision To Improve
its services".
Why this Event?
Based on the feedback from users and donors, we
are continuously incorporating new features on the
website for instilling trustworthy confidence and
comfort among those in need/distress. We strive
to provide trustworthy donors' information service/platform
to people across the country.
We invite people, who are interested to be part
of this movement, to share their ideas with us,
also let us know their views on what they expect
out of it, how could this information service called
FriendsToSupport improve further. Just jot down
an article/essay and send it across to us.
Who will judge the entries?
Senior Journalists of print/electronic media will
scrutinize the articles/essays.
What will you get out of this?
You will get the opportunity to see your idea being
implemented and see its positive effects in the
society.
- We will acknowledge your participation with
a "FriendsToSupport certificate".
- Three best write-ups will be rewarded Rs.1,500; Rs.1,000 and Rs.500 respectively.
- Ten best entries will be rewarded with "FriendsToSupport
memento and Certificate".
- Best article/essay will be put on the website
and also reward him/her with a FriendsToSupport
T-shirt, FriendsToSupport memento and certificate".
- A link would also be provided to all other essays/articles
that our team decides worthy of public display
along with name and address.

Rules and Regulations
Eligibility Criteria
The participants should be 18 years or above.
Rules:
- Entries will be accepted in English, Hindi
and Telugu languages only.
- Entries can be sent from anywhere in the world.
- Articles/Essay should be hand written only.
Printouts/Xerox copies will not be accepted.
- Write-up should not exceed 1,000 words and written
only on one side of a white paper.
- Entries should be sent by courier/post.
- Last date for sending entries is 31st October,
2008.
- Participation certificates/ F2S mementos will
be sent to your postal address on or before 14th
November, 2008.

- Age/date of birth
- Occupation

- Postal Address
